The WILD DIGITAL (here in after referred to as “WD”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) website is operated by Wild Digital Sdn Bhd, a company registered under the laws of Malaysia, with its office at 45-7, Level 7, The Boulevard, Mid Valley City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. WD will process the personal data submitted to WD in accordance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protect Act 2010 (“PDPA”). Your use of our website indicates that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions of Use. We take the protection of personal data very seriously and are committed to respecting the privacy of everyone using the website. This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you briefly about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection, processing and utilization of your personal data.

When you subscribe to, register, make purchases or submit your personal information to WD via the WD website, you agree to grant WD approval to process your data (1) for your registration and participation in the conference; (2) to better manage and service our relationship with you; (3) to market and provide you with information on our products and services or where applicable, products and services of our business partners; (4) for crime detection, investigation, prevention and prosecution; (5) to enforce and/or defend any of our rights; and (6) for any other purpose that is required or permitted by law and/or the order of any court and/or relevant regulatory authorities.

We collect and store personal data from you that includes, but is not limited to your name, postal and email addresses, phone number, credit card information, facts about your profession, company and information regarding your computer system. We also reserve the right to request information from third parties (e.g. credit card information services) with regard to your payment behavior in order to be able to offer you certain payment options.  

Your personal data is used primarily to enable the optimum handling of orders and payments and to allow us to operate our website and manage its related activities in a reliable and safe way.  

Selected personal information of attendees of WD conferences may be shared with the public under a listing on the WD website entitled “Attendee List” which includes attendees' names, companies, company logos and attendees’ designations, for the purpose of networking among the conference attendees.  Your email address may also be disclosed to a selected group of attendees (e.g. Investors) for the purpose of making future business contacts and arranging meetings.  Unless expressly notified in writing to WD that you do not wish to disclose your personal information as stated above, you are deemed to have agreed to your information being published on the website and shared with the selected group of attendees.

WD may also share your personal data with our affiliates and partnering third-party companies to provide you with the features of the WD website, to enable us to provide the products you requested, to personalize content, for audit purposes and to perform statistical analysis of user behavior (site usage information shared with third parties will be aggregated and will not contain your personal data).  

Further, where necessary, we may disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, professionals engaged by us including our lawyers, auditors, accountants or consultants and any other contractors or subcontractors as required or permitted by law or as we may deem necessary.    In the event WD is acquired by or merged with another company, we may transfer information about you to the successor entity.

Upon each visit to the WD website, our server may automatically attempt to identify the user through a cookie set within your browser to provide you the access to the website. Cookies are used to facilitate the use of the service and to manage your visits. They enable our systems to recognize your browser and to offer you services, such as saving your shopping basket between visits to our website, store your login information, set personalization and navigate easily through the site.  We may also use cookies to track information such as the user’s behavior profile, geographic location, pages and features that the user access or view.  All information is retained for internal purposes, exclusively to improve our website and its related activities.  Should you not wish to make use of the cookie functionality, you may set your web browsers to prevent acceptance of new cookies.

As stated above, we may provide you with marketing or information relating to products or services of third parties who we collaborate with or who are our business partners.  If you prefer not to have your personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purpose and/or if you do not wish to receive any marketing materials on WD’s products and services, please email your preference to info@wilddigital.com. In relation to third party marketing which we conduct, we will then remove your personal information from our database pursuant to your request, or provide you with instructions on how you may unsubscribe from any electronic mailer you receive from us.

Please note that we reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at our sole discretion, at anytime in order to adapt to technical or legal developments or in order to offer new services or goods.
