JOCELYN CHANG

Jocelyn is an entrepreneur and a tech enthusiast. She is currently the APAC Growth Lead for MakerDAO leading the business development initiatives and growth efforts in the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. MakerDAO is one of the oldest blockchain projects in the blockchain space backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z). She was invited to speak at the World Blockchain Summit which took place in Dubai in October 2021 and many other high profile blockchain conferences in Singapore. She is also involved in helping to shape the blockchain/crypto regulatory framework in different regions by working with different blockchain associations and regulatory bodies around the world.

Jocelyn started her career at HSBC as a banker. She also co-founded a social networking app in Singapore. As part of her entrepreneurial journey, she led the role to pioneer the implementation of a public warning system in Singapore with MHA. Her mantra is to embrace new technologies that make the world a better place.
