JUSTIN PATRICK

Justin Patrick is a Director at Rigel Capital.  Justin has over 15 years of international transaction experience, including venture and growth stage financing, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance, private funds and government-backed investments.  His career has spanned New York City, London, Singapore and Jakarta.  Justin started his career on Wall Street at the law firm Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft.  He also worked on the investment banking desk of Bank of America Merrill Lynch.  Most recently, Justin managed the completion of Vega Global Fund, Rigel Capital’s US$200 million affiliated fund.  

Prior to joining Rigel Capital, Justin was a venture partner at Pegasus Tech Ventures, a global venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley with over US$1 billion in assets, and a special advisor to various private and public investors in Southeast Asia.   He has worked with Sebastian Togelang, Nirmal Rajaram and Leon Hermann for several years in an advisory capacity.  Justin speaks Indonesian and has over a decade of experience in Southeast Asian transactions.  He holds an MBA from the London Business School and J.D. from New York University School of Law.  Justin is a qualified attorney in the State of New York and has been licensed as a foreign lawyer in Singapore and Indonesia.
